Terms and Conditions

When you choose to purchase a Binalong Beach & CO product, you agree to the following are the Terms and Conditions. Once you have purchased our product, you are agreeing to abide with these.

TERMS OF SALE 

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the terms and conditions described in this page. Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are still subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, and Binalong Beach & CO is not responsible. All orders are subject to availability, and to confirmation of the order price.  Binalong Beach & CO does retain the right to refuse any request made by you.

ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL

Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically generate a confirmation email.  If there are errors or changes to the order, you must contact Binalong Beach & CO within 24 hours of receipt of your confirmation email. If your package is going to yours or another's workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly. In the event an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a fee of $10 for repacking and postage.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In most cases, all our advertised products should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style.  In the event of stock depletion, Binalong Beach & CO will offer a refund or exchange.

ERRORS WITH TYPOGRAPHY

Binalong Beach & CO reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If incorrect price or incorrect information is listed, Binalong Beach & CO do have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. This right is regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will happily refund you for your order.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Binalong Beach & CO, its directors and its employees from any and all third party fees and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website or your breach of these Terms of Service.

 

RETURNS

Binalong Beach & CO accepts Returns for ‘change of mind’ but only if the item has been unopened, unused and in their original packaging at the shipping cost of the purchaser.

Unwashed and unused items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged once approved by our Customer Service Team within 90 days of order receipt.

Once your Return has been approved please post your item along with your Order Confirmation Number to:

As Binalong Beach & CO is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that it be returned through registered mail.

REFUNDS

Binalong Beach & CO will offer refunds on products due to ‘change of mind’, provided it is unopened and in the original packaging.    However, we will not pay for packaging or shipping of ‘change of mind’ returns.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 90 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).  Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.

Please note that Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by phoning us. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

DEFECTS

All products are checked prior to posting, however, should a product be defective, Binalong Beach & CO will replace the product. You have up to ninety (90) days, from the date of purchase date, to notify Binalong Beach & CO about an issue with your purchase.  Notification must include a photo of the fault.  If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Binalong Beach & CO will pay for the packaging and postage costs.  However, we are unable to offer free delivery for 'change of mind' returns or exchanges.  For further assistance, please contact sales@binalongbeach.com.au
